Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed by next business day, and are shipped Monday through Thursday. Your order will be fully packed and confirmed before shipping charges are calculated. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Please provide your UPS account number if you want shipping to be put on your account. Otherwise shipping charges will be added to your final invoice.

In the case where your purchase will be too large to ship via UPS, we will contact you and arrange for trucking.

 

For all International Shipping: Select International Shipping during checkout. Orders are usually shipped Via Fedex Air, We get great quotes and this is a fast, inexpensive and simple service.  Your order will be fully packed and confirmed before shipping charges are calculated.

For Larger shipments we will contact you and work with your shipping forwarder to arrange for shipping.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must be preauthorized. Please contact us if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any of the goods your received. We guarantee satisfaction, and we will work with you, and do our outmost to make sure you are totally pleased with your purchases.

Ordering

Place the items and sizes you wish to buy in your shopping cart. Any sizes that you want and are not available, please let us know, and we will let you know when they become available. 

When your order gets packed, quantities may have to be adjusted as actual quantities in the warehouse may be a bit off from the stock list. We are sorry about that, but with surplus, we do our outmost to keep perfect inventory, but it is nearly impossible to have an exact count. If we have any questions regarding size replacement or condition of goods, we will contact you for your approval.

After your purchase will be packed, we will email you a revised invoice with the calculated shipping cost.

Please review invoice carefully for quantities and sizing, and let us know promptly if you see any revisions that need to be made.
