GI ECW Extreme Cold Weather Impermeable Shore Hood

A nylon hood for extremely cold weather issued to the US Navy in the 1970s and 1980s. It was used with a deck jacket made of the same material, but the hood can be used alone, so it has a wide range of uses. Isn’t it a good idea for men to be prepared for operations during the unexpectedly cold weather? Actual unused product!!
